$150 – $250/day • Full-time

You'll have direct access to the owner, decisions happen fast, and every technician has a real path to Crew Lead / Project Manager.

What You'll Do

●       Set up and monitor drying equipment (LGR dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers) and take moisture readings on water-loss jobs

●       Perform demolition on fire-, water-, and mold-damaged homes — flooring, drywall, insulation

●       Build containment barriers, haul and stage equipment, and keep job sites clean

●       Follow job-site safety protocols, including proper handling of contaminated water

●       Document work through photos and field notes; communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates

What We're Looking For

●       Hands-on experience in construction, demolition, carpentry, or a related trade

●       Valid driver's license and reliable transportation across the metro area

●       Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly

●       Comfortable in a fast-paced field environment

●       Bonus: familiarity with moisture meters or drying equipment — we'll train the rest

Pay & Benefits

●       $150 – $250 per full day paid weekly

●       Full-time: 1 week paid time off + company-paid IICRC certification after 6 months

●       Clear path from Technician to Crew Lead / Project Manager as we grow
