Salesforce And Erp Systems Integration Manager

We are looking for an expert who can manage integrations, handle environment management, and ensure seamless operations across our Salesforce and ERP systems. This person should be hands-on, able to make quick decisions, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get work done, especially in high-pressure situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Expertise:
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations, particularly with Salesforce CPQ, billing, field service, and platform events.
  • Ensure high responsiveness and efficiency in handling Salesforce-related tasks.
• Integration Management:
  • Handle integrations between Salesforce and our ERP system, Next World.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient integration processes, minimizing disruptions.
• Environment Management:
  • Manage Salesforce environments and oversee code deployment between different environments.
  • Ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions during deployments.
• Platform Events:
  • Utilize Salesforce platform events to integrate with our in-house service bus.
  • Drive messaging and communication between different services using platform events.
• Hands-On Experience:
  • Be proactive and hands-on in managing tasks and solving problems.
  • Make quick decisions and effectively handle high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ, billing, field service, and platform events.
• Expertise in:
  • Salesforce objects and schema
  • APEX code
  • Salesforce Flow
  • Salesforce Lightning
  • Salesforce CPQ
• Strong expertise in managing integrations, particularly between Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Experience in environment management and code deployment.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
