Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant  to support our client’s medical facility in Littleton, CO.  This is a 3+ month contract assignment (convertible to permanent based on your work performance). And a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organisation!

Specific Duties:

• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits.
• Obtain and document patient vital signs, weights, medications, and medical histories.
• Assist providers with patient care, examinations, and other clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the medical record.
• Support providers and clinical staff with day-to-day patient care and office workflows.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 year of preferred experience
• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Current, nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification
• Current BLS certification (through an approved American Heart Association Training Centre

Additional Information:

Location: Littleton, CO
Job Type: 3+ months contract to hire
Schedule: Shift start & end times: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM(4 weekdays)
Pay Range: $21-$23/hr. on W2
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
