Sous Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a respected restaurant group that takes pride in culinary excellence and hospitality.
Our menu celebrates Asian fusion cuisine with a strong emphasis on sushi and Southeast Asian influences. Guests will enjoy a modern take on traditional dishes, innovative cocktails, and a vibrant dining experienceall crafted with precision and creativity.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the culinary team during service
- Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation
- Assist in menu development and execution, with a focus on Asian fusion and sushi
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Solve problems quickly and keep the kitchen running smoothly
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably as a Sous Chef
- Background in Asian fusion or sushi preparation is highly preferred
- Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for delivering excellence and consistency in every dish
