The successful candidate will be a dynamic and mission-driven executive, responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the medical center and advancing a clinically driven, physician-led model of care. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, strengthening clinical performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. The President will oversee day-to-day hospital operations, spearhead strategic initiatives to enhance patient access and care delivery, and work in close partnership with system leadership to align operations with organizational priorities. A central focus will be on improving access to care and addressing regional challenges, as well as leading the institution's journey to become a High Reliability Organization. Candidates for the President position should have a proven track record in healthcare executive leadership, with at least 10 years' experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior-level executive role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance improvement, financial management, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. They must be adept at strategic planning, and innovation, and have a strong focus on achieving results. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The role demands a leader who is highly visible, community-focused, and deeply committed to fostering strong engagement with physicians, staff, and stakeholders.
