Human Resources Generalist
flexible scheduling required based on organizational needs (some mornings, some afternoons)
The Human Resources Coordinator will lead and direct the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. This position is responsible for driving HR efforts across recruitment, policy implementation, benefits administration, and compliance. The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting internal talent development, organizational growth, and consistent operational practices across the organization.
Facilitate the talent acquisition process, including recruiting qualified candidates and collaborating with department managers to determine hiring needs.
Maintain and update Team Engine software, including communication announcements.
Process new-hire paperwork and coordinate employee onboarding and orientations.
Champion learning and development initiatives, promoting internal growth opportunities.
Coordinate timely 90-day and annual performance evaluations with supervisors.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices; regularly review internal policies for compliance.
Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications. Ability to manage confidential information in compliance with FERPA and HIPAA guidelines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Team Engine, and related HR software
Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
