Location: Grapevine, TX
Compensation: $60K-$65K base salary + uncapped commission ($110K-$120K OTE, with top performers earning $132K+)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle hunter sales across the DFW area, sourcing new logos through on-site restaurant visits, door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, and email outreach
• Conduct tailored in-person and virtual product demonstrations focusing on restaurant pain points, POS workflows, and phone integration
• Deliver transparent quotes for hardware, software, phone setups, and installation, managing negotiations within established guardrails to close deals
• Maintain strict CRM data hygiene (updating pipeline changes within one business day) and report weekly revenue forecasts to sales leadership
• Complete smooth handoffs of newly closed accounts to the implementation and customer support teams

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B technology, SaaS, or business services sales experience with a proven track record of outbound hunting and self-generated pipeline
• Full bilingual professional fluency in both Spanish and English
• Demonstrable working knowledge of restaurant operations, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and telecommunications/phone setups
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally across the DFW market for on-site meetings and canvassing

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

• Prior direct employment or hands-on operational experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Established relationships with local independent restaurant and bar owners across the DFW metroplex
• Experience working inside CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $60K-$65K base salary
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Uncapped commission ($110K-$120K OTE, with top performers earning $132K+)
