Process Improvement Supervisor

Reference: PR/605644_1786557036This role is responsible for evaluating and improving operational systems to drive efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness within a distribution center environment. You will assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives that simplify workflows, increase productivity, and strengthen overall performance.The Process Improvement Supervisor uses data-driven insights and continuous improvement methodologies to solve problems and deliver measurable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and improve operational processes, procedures, and workflowsLead change initiatives that promote accountability and a continuous improvement cultureApply Lean and operational excellence tools to optimize processes, systems, and technologyIdentify performance gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and recommend solutionsPartner with leadership to develop and implement improvement strategiesTrack performance using KPIs and provide regular reporting on operational impactDevelop action plans to improve quality, throughput, and costConduct operational analyses including process mapping, root-cause analysis, and time studiesSupport post-implementation reviews to ensure sustained resultsQualificationsBachelor's degreePMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred (Green Belt a plus)2-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, or project managementExperience leading or supporting Kaizen eventsStrong communication, leadership, and facilitation skillsProven ability to drive change and influence across organizational levelsProficiency with project management tools
