Business Development Manager

HVAC Sales Representative: This is a DIRECT HIRE HVAC Sales Representative opportunity with a well-established commercial HVAC company serving the Indianapolis area. This role offers significant earning potential for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping customers identify HVAC service and maintenance solutions. As an HVAC Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, selling service agreements and maintenance contracts, and identifying opportunities for equipment upgrades and retrofit projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads Meet with commercial customers to assess HVAC service, maintenance, and equipment needs Prepare and present proposals for service agreements, planned maintenance programs, and equipment installations Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Conduct sales calls, customer visits, and follow-up activities to drive revenue growth Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities Maintain customer records, sales activity, and pipeline information Partner with service, operations, dispatch, and accounting teams to ensure customer satisfaction $70,000-$90,000 base salary based on experience Unlimited commission potential Top performers can earn double their base salary or more through commissions Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) and additional company benefits Qualifications: 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience required Previous sales, account management, or business development experience preferred Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong negotiation and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Preferred: Experience selling commercial HVAC service agreements or maintenance contracts Existing relationships within the Indianapolis commercial market Knowledge of HVAC equipment replacement and retrofit projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
