Director of Operations

Director of Operations – Parts & Service Location : St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN OR Chicagoland OR St. Louis Lead. Transform. Grow. We're partnering with an established industry leader seeking a Director of Operations to oversee Parts & Service operations across six branch locations . This executive leadership role is ideal for a mechanically inclined , hands‑on leader with a proven track record of driving change management , developing high‑performing teams, and improving multi‑site service operations. What You'll Do Lead Parts & Service operations across six branch locations Drive operational excellence, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction Champion change management initiatives that improve processes, service performance, and operational consistency Coach and develop branch leaders while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI performance Partner with commercial teams to support business growth and customer retention Travel up to 50% to support branch operations and leadership teams What We're Looking For Multi-site operations leadership experience within a service, dealership, fleet, heavy equipment, industrial, or similar environment Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of service operations, equipment, and maintenance workflows Demonstrated success leading organizational change , improving operational performance and implementing scalable processes Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility Experience with ERP, CRM, or dealership management systems (CDK is a plus) Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus If you're a strategic, hands‑on operations leader who thrives on building teams, driving change, and delivering measurable business results, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
