Position Summary:
As an Account Manager Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our licensed Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your work ensures that policy changes are processed accurately, client requests are handled promptly, and our office runs efficiently. If you're organized, enjoy helping people, and take pride in doing things right, we'd love to meet you.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Support a Licensed Account Manager by providing outstanding service to clients.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and other insurance transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and assist clients with routine service requests.
- Accept and process client premium payments.
- Document all account activity.
- Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely completion.
- Offer support for the Account Manager.
Requirements:
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Willingness to learn the insurance industry and agency procedures.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proper grammar and professional correspondence.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable learning new software and technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while supporting shared goals.
- Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude.
