Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and highly connected Talent Acquisition Expert to join our core centralized Human Resources division in a full-time remote capacity across the United States. Serving as the definitive talent acquisition leader and primary strategic partner for our highly anticipated US Technology & Innovation expansion project, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability for building and scaling our brand-new US R&D talent engine from the ground up. Shifting completely away from routine high-volume resume sorting, passive administrative screening, or unoptimized vendor reliance, you will operate as a principal talent architect and market advisor—collaborating in real time with global engineering directors, algorithmic trading leads, and executive boards. This position requires an engineering recruitment veteran with 6+ years of dedicated history who sources elite technology talent fluidly natively using Recruiter direct-sourcing methods, constructs robust pipelines smoothly natively using Talent Acquisition mapping models, and navigates highly competitive financial technology ecosystems confidently across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • US R&D Talent Engine Architecture: Lead, formulate, and execute aggressive, proactive talent acquisition strategies to scale our brand-new US R&D center from scratch, supporting the rapid growth of Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML), Data Science, Cloud Infrastructure, Product, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity organizations natively utilizing Recruiter frameworks.
  • High-Frequency Trading and Quant Sourcing: Develop and own deep long-term pipeline networks across key US technology hubs, actively targeting high-caliber engineering cohorts from leading quantitative trading firms, high-frequency trading (HFT) houses, low-latency systems infrastructure providers, and blockchain research communities.
  • Strategic Global Leadership Partnership: Partner side-by-side with international hiring managers and global technology executives, acting as a trusted advisor to translate abstract global workforce roadmaps into actionable hiring priority guidelines natively leveraging Talent Acquisition principles.
  • Actionable Market Intelligence Production: Conduct thorough candidate data analysis and talent mapping over target competitor firms, providing ongoing corporate visibility into US technology compensation benchmarks, regional pool shifts, and talent availability metrics.
  • Executive Search and Niche Triage: Manage and direct comprehensive full-cycle executive search initiatives for senior leadership, business-critical, and highly niche technology positions, maintaining an absolute bar for candidate assessment rigor and technical quality.
  • Recruitment SLA and Target Delivery: Simultaneously steer multiple strategic technical searches under fast-paced cryptocurrency startup deadlines, consistently meeting and exceeding strict hiring outcomes, speed requirements, and stakeholder satisfaction marks.
  • Asynchronous Cross-Border Collaboration: Harmonize talent pipelines and interview schedules fluidly across global business centers, adjusting communication tempos to work effectively across multiple international time zones.
  • Hiring Process Optimization and Compliance: Continually analyze and refine internal selection rubrics, candidate interview experiences, and digital onboarding tracking templates to ensure maximum hiring performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of verified professional history running advanced technology recruitment, full-cycle in-house corporate staffing direction, executive search agency management, or human resources advisory within a premier technological or financial setting.
  • Proven, documented history successfully sourcing and hiring elite technical talent across multi-tier vectors including Software Engineering (Backend/Frontend), AI/ML nodes, Big Data, Infrastructure engineering, Cybersecurity, or Quantitative trading stacks.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of the US technology talent marketplace, regional hub nuances, compensation structures, equity matching patterns, and engineering community sourcing methodologies.
  • Expert-tier capability executing passive candidate headhunting, cold networking outreach, and structured assessment mapping natively utilizing Recruiter sourcing workflows.
  • Practical operational familiarity designing talent attraction programs, conducting employer branding initiatives, and reviewing candidate track histories natively using Talent Acquisition protocols (specifically requiring direct tracking experience inside automated ATS and LinkedIn Sales/Recruiter environments).
  • Possession of a formal university Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and document presentation traits in fluent English, enabling uncompromised confidence and persuasive consultative influence when presenting market data before C-level decision-makers.
  • Highly proactive, resilient, and entrepreneurial profile with an established capacity to self-manage goals and drive impact across an international remote framework.
  • Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified talent acquisition professionals based permanently and resident within the United States to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.

  • Prior commercial recruitment history operating explicitly within the high-performance fields of cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset transaction engines, Web3 software companies, quantitative finance, algorithmic HFT setups, or hyper-growth fintech startups.
