About the Job Quality Control Inspector
Quality Control Inspectors are essential to ensure that all aspects of production meet the regulatory standards and company quality policies. This role involves meticulous inspection and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials, components, and final products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Use precision measuring tools and equipment to evaluate dimensions and quality.
- Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
- Identify areas for quality control improvement and communicate findings to management.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines during all inspection activities.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification preferred.
- Experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to handle complex information.
