Prostar Staffing | Morristown & Dover, NJ

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed

Prostar Staffing is seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team! This is a temporary position with the potential to become a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

The Recruiter will support our Morristown and Dover branch locations, playing a key role in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, customer service, and daily branch operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a direct impact on both employees and clients.

What You'll Do

Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates for industrial, manufacturing, and logistics positions
Assist applicants with applications, onboarding, employment paperwork, and compliance documentation
Conduct new hire orientations and client-specific training
Communicate with employees and clients regarding staffing needs, schedules, assignments, attendance, and call-offs
Assist with weekly payroll processing and timekeeping
Maintain accurate employee records and assignment information
Visit customer sites as needed to better understand workforce needs and job requirements
Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and providing solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and applicants
Assist with daily branch operations at both the Morristown and Dover locations

Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between our Morristown and Dover offices
Previous recruiting, staffing, or customer service experience required
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or staffing environments preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with Avionté staffing software is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent required
