Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for open positions.
Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities.
Conduct onboarding, reference checks, and employment verifications.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and associates.
Make outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
Follow up with clients regarding staffing needs and employee performance.
Maintain accurate records and update recruiting systems.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and job seekers.

Qualifications

Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or HR experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
