Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Nephrology for a position located in Farmington, New Mexico. The role is based on the nephrology unit, which is an extension of the medical/surgical department, providing care to geriatric and adult patient populations. Candidates must bring their license on the first day. This is a night shift opportunity with a scheduled shift hours of 12 hours starting from 07:00 PM.

Job Details:

• Location: Farmington, New Mexico
• Shift: Nights, 07:00 PM 07:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, either ADN degree or higher. At least 1 year of experience in Med/Surg settings; 2 years preferred. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; preferred 2 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Charge nurse experience, nephrology experience.
• Clinical Experience: Experience with ESRD, Peritoneal Dialysis, Hemodialysis.
• Additional Information: Patient ratios range from 1:4 to 1:6. Equipment used includes VS machines, bladder scanners, lifts, thermal imaging devices, IV pumps and tubing. The unit is supervised by a registered nurse.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week starting from 06/29/2026.
