Make Every Cycle Count
You know the rhythm of an injection molding press—and how to keep it in tune. In this role, you’ll own setup, daily operation, and routine upkeep of molding machines so every part meets spec and every run stays on track.
How You’ll Contribute- Set up tooling: install molds, align dies, and prepare the press for production.
- Run the machines: start cycles, observe performance, and verify part quality.
- Adjust on the fly: fine‑tune processing parameters to sustain consistency.
- Troubleshoot quickly: diagnose mechanical or process issues and correct them.
- Protect throughput: keep the overall injection molding process efficient.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Proven injection molding experience.
- Background in tool/die/mold setup.
