Office Manager

Four Winds Hospital is a leading provider of specialized inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults. We want you to join our Four Winds Family. We are seeking a full-time Office Manager for our Health Services department. The job is in-person onsite at our Saratoga Campus in Saratoga Springs, NY. Job Highlights: Receptionist tasks, including answering phone calls, greeting patients/visitors; scheduling appointments Maintaining medical stock Managing information systems for Employee Health and Infection Prevention Pharmacy tasks include checking inventory for expiration dates 401k (employee funded) Medical, dental and vision insurance Life insurance at no cost to the employee Flexible spending plan Qualifications: High school diploma required with preference given to those with a secondary education Three years of secretarial experience with experience in a medical office setting preferred Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet software/Excel and taking medical related minutes is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of our Health Services and Pharmacy departments Four Winds Hospital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
