Hotel Sales Manager

Job Overview As a Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities within the hotel, ensuring maximum profitability and growth in line with company targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain repeat customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and identify potential market opportunities. Manage a team of sales executives and conduct regular sales training to improve their performance. Qualifications Strong leadership skills. Excellent communication abilities. Proven track record in hotel sales management. No English language skills are required for this role. Preferred Background Malayalees are preferred for this position, but all nationalities are welcome to apply. Salary and Location Salary starts at $1400 per month. The position is located in Los Angeles, USA.
