Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory analyses-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established guidelines.
• Meticulously evaluate test results for correctness, address discrepancies, and ensure the maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support the team in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document procedures carefully, provide training for new staff or interns, and help maintain high quality standards in the lab.
• Uphold a clean and secure working environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree; ASCP or AMT certification preparation required.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be attained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your career with us.
