Description - Your Role

• Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results to ensure precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and oversee regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analytical testing as required.
• Accurately document procedures, mentor new staff or trainees, and help maintain rigorous lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, secure work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science or a similar ally health field, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification required within the first year of employment.
• Maintain certification throughout your career with us.
