Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,167 - $2,408
- Location: Seattle, Washington 98105
- Setting: On-site pediatric case management supporting acute care, ICU, rehab, and ER populations
- Start Date: 7/20/2026
- Duration: 39-week travel nursing assignment with flexible contract length up to 9 months
- Schedule: 5 shifts per week
- Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekend Requirement: No weekends
- On-Call: Potential
- Floating: Yes
- Minimum 1 year of case management experience required
- At least 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience in case management required
- Pediatric case management experience highly preferred
- Experience with complex care coordination and discharge planning
- Exposure to utilization review preferred
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and community resources
- Experience supporting medically complex children and families preferred
- Current Washington RN license or pending Washington RN license accepted
- BLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- BSN required
- Professional certification and MSN preferred
- Experience with ventilator patients preferred
- Children's hospital experience preferred
- Master's degree in nursing, public health, or healthcare administration preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of advanced degree preference
- Coordinate patient care across acute care, ICU, rehab, and emergency department settings
- Manage length of stay and support efficient, safe transitions of care
- Lead complex discharge planning for pediatric patients and families
- Collaborate with clinical teams, community providers, and support services to ensure continuity of care
- Help reduce readmissions and improve patient safety and quality outcomes
- Support patients with highly complex, multi-system medical needs
- Utilize available resources and clinical support tools to address care coordination challenges across a broad regional service area
- Adapt quickly to a new environment following onboarding and team integration
- Maintain flexibility in daily assignments and patient caseload management
