Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,167 - $2,408
• Location: Seattle, Washington 98105
• Setting: On-site pediatric case management supporting acute care, ICU, rehab, and ER populations
• Start Date: 7/20/2026
• Duration: 39-week travel nursing assignment with flexible contract length up to 9 months
• Schedule: 5 shifts per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekend Requirement: No weekends
• On-Call: Potential
• Floating: Yes

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of case management experience required
• At least 1 year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience in case management required
• Pediatric case management experience highly preferred
• Experience with complex care coordination and discharge planning
• Exposure to utilization review preferred
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and community resources
• Experience supporting medically complex children and families preferred
• Current Washington RN license or pending Washington RN license accepted
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• BSN required
• Professional certification and MSN preferred
• Experience with ventilator patients preferred
• Children's hospital experience preferred
• Master's degree in nursing, public health, or healthcare administration preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of advanced degree preference

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across acute care, ICU, rehab, and emergency department settings
• Manage length of stay and support efficient, safe transitions of care
• Lead complex discharge planning for pediatric patients and families
• Collaborate with clinical teams, community providers, and support services to ensure continuity of care
• Help reduce readmissions and improve patient safety and quality outcomes
• Support patients with highly complex, multi-system medical needs
• Utilize available resources and clinical support tools to address care coordination challenges across a broad regional service area
• Adapt quickly to a new environment following onboarding and team integration
• Maintain flexibility in daily assignments and patient caseload management
