Insurance Finance Director: Strategy, Growth & Leadership

First Mid

First Mid in Champaign is seeking a Director of Insurance Finance responsible for leading financial strategy and operational finance functions. This role requires strong financial leadership and an understanding of insurance agency operations, reporting to the CEO.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of progressive finance experience and 3 years in a senior role. Comprehensive benefits include healthcare, a 401K with employer match, and tuition reimbursement.
