About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP, Multinational Team Leader to play a pivotal role in the achievement of profitable production growth within the property and casualty business. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of underwriters, managing the production and maintenance of multinational accounts, and establishing strong business relationships with brokers and clients. This role also involves proactive management of key performance indicators, supporting the underwriting team in the referral process, and representing the company in the market. The AVP, Multinational Team Leader will be a key contributor to the business plan, with a specific focus on commercial accounts with significant international exposures.
