Inbound Call Agent

To support a global customer service initiative, the remote Inbound Call Agent will handle customer inquiries via phone, manage account issues, and ensure a positive experience while working part-time in a multicultural environment. Key responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding account identification, subscription cancellations, and refund requests Communicate empathetically with customers, addressing concerns and de-escalating challenging situations Follow established procedures to ensure accurate and efficient processing of requests Required qualifications Excellent written and spoken English at a native or near-native level (C2) Previous experience in customer support and handling inbound calls Experience in de-escalating difficult customer interactions Proactive and responsible attitude with the ability to work independently Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in challenging situations
