You will never receive an offer of employment without meeting a hiring authority and having a "live" and face-to-face conversation. ** The Creative Designer I role provides creative support to the Consumer Experience team and clients, ensuring all deliverables align with client communication strategies and brand standards, including approved imagery, colors, and logos. This position is responsible for producing a wide range of materials such as benefit guides, postcards, posters, newsletters, emails, and web landing pages, while also contributing innovative ideas to enhance employee engagement. The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with WYSIWYG editors and web design concepts. By driving creative execution and supporting strategic communication initiatives, this position plays a key part in delivering high-quality, engaging content in a fast-paced environment. The Gig: - Approach all work with a focus on fulfilling Businessolver's mission, vision, values, and organizational goals while fostering a positive team environment and an improved consumer experience. - Collaborate on creative strategy and designs creative concepts for employee communications outlined in the agreed client scope of work. - Collaborate with content writers to create client-branded materials including postcards, emails, newsletters, benefit guides, web-based experiences and more. - Configure and design online benefit portals within our proprietary technology platform, Benefitsolver. - Prepare files and projects for external fulfillment as needed. - Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the client’s brand identity is carried out through all creative and designed pieces.

- Create and manage the Adobe Library that houses all client-specific branding for the managed book of business. - Understand best practices as outlined by the broader Consumer Experience team, be consultative with clients and influence their adoption of best practices. - Leveraging project management software, monitor and complete tasks assigned related to client projects by the assigned due date. - Identify and resolve project issues and escalate as necessary to help manage project risks. - Manage activities, progress, and deadlines across multiple projects using outlined SOPs and project management software. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Comply with all policies and standards. What you need to make the cut: - Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic design or a related field. - At least 1-3 years professional graphic design experience working with print, web, and digital media. - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. - HTML, CSS, or any CMS experience a strong plus. - Motion graphics, animation, and video editing are a strong advantage! - Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint. - Professional demeanor, ability to build trusting relationships and create a sense of urgency to accomplish results. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to recognize project risks and competing priorities.
