We strive to create a diverse and inclusive workplace welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and walks of life.Salary: $65,000- $75,000Schedule: Monday- Friday morning shift/ On call and weekendsBenefits:Competitive payMedical, dental, vision401K (Match)Daily PayCareer advancement opportunitiesScholarship OpportunitiesEmployee discounts on entertainment events, hotels, movies, theme parks, cell phones, and much more!Duties:Hire, supervise, and manage the performance of maintenance team members and ensure that all team members follow established safety regulations in the use of equipment and suppliesCoordinates with contractors and vendors making sure insurance and licenses are currentConducts regular inspections of all Life Safety Systems including fire extinguishers, sprinkler and alarm systemsMaintains inventory control for all general supplies, parts and equipmentManage the department within budgetary guidelines tracking inventory usage and ordering supplies when necessaryUnderstands and implements the role of the department's safety and disaster planQualifications:2-year(s) experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance/plant related positionMust be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systemsMust have the ability to read and interpret blueprintsMust be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulationsEOE/Minorities/Females/Veteran/Disability
