Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:The B2B CARE Business Operation Analyst is responsible for carrying out many of the organization's operation functions including Customer's VOC Management, review of contracts, operational project support, warranty management, and other functions as needed.B2B CARE Department Operations Support and business planning supportProject support including status tracking, documentation, and detail updatesCross-departmental collaboration to provide B2B customer satisfactionDevelop B2B dashboards for internal and external stakeholdersReporting preparation (Supporting role) for Senior leaderships and Global HQ officeDeveloping and improving B2B service process along with B2B customers' expectationStrategical thinking and collaborative preparation for team's targetsDay-to-day operational supportsKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Top Skills: Business Analysis, Data Modeling, Process Improvement5+ years of related administrative and project management experienceBA/BS in Business, Finance, or a related field is requiredMust have experience with Microsoft Standard Office SuiteMust have demonstrated project and program management skillsProven experience successfully planning and executing large projects and/or eventsAbility to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levelsOur client is a leading IT Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
