Job-ID32493603Reference26-06607SalaryUp to $27 / hourLocation: Plano, TXResponsibilities:Carry out customer-facing accountabilities related to cash flow analysis, assessment of customer payment disputes, and collection of unpaid invoices.Manage strategic accounts with high dollar value and transaction volume.Interact frequently with customers to resolve payment disputes and improve terms compliance.Meet baseline KPIs and SLA goals targeting DCSO, aging currency, accuracy, and timeliness.Meet all baseline and project goals in alignment with departmental objectives and business results.Effectively communicate issues and procedural changes.Requirements:Highly skilled and knowledgeable in adjustments, research, collections, account issues, and customer relationships.Highly skilled in master data processes and systems.Experienced in Microsoft Excel and proficient in other Microsoft Office applications.Skilled at analyzing data.Able to apply critical thinking to problem-solving and analysis.Adept at collaboration, negotiation, and teamwork.Concise and persuasive communication skills.Leadership skills to achieve department objectives through motivation.Professional and mature with a high degree of confidence interacting with customers and all levels of personnel.Proven history of being a self-starter.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.Preferred Skills:High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.Must have an understanding of A/R workflow and systems.Knowledge of SAP preferred.
