Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for senior clients to evaluate their individual care needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, addressing emotional and psychological issues related to aging and life transitions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident's needs.

• Provide education and resources to staff and family members on enhancing the emotional well-being and overall quality of life for elderly clients.

• Offer grief and loss counseling services to clients and families navigating end-of-life challenges.

Qualifications\n
