Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents, identifying their specific psychological and emotional care needs.

• Provide tailored individual and group counseling sessions focused on equipping clients with coping strategies for aging and life transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is the elderly population. Our clients often present with a variety of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, dementia-related disorders, and grief stemming from loss. As a licensed mental health counselor specializing in geriatric care, you will engage with clients who require specialized approaches to address their unique life experiences and mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• At least four years of recent experience in geriatric counseling and mental health support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
