Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life integration. Our telehealth model provides counselors with the tools to conduct virtual sessions, assessments, and interventions effectively. The typical work schedule runs from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, facilitating a structured yet adaptable routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify individual care needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions tailored to address the unique emotional challenges faced by seniors, including issues related to transitioning into later life stages.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create comprehensive care strategies that enhance the overall well-being of geriatric clients.

• Educate caregivers and family members on effective communication and support strategies that foster emotional stability and enhance the quality of life for elderly individuals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets elderly individuals facing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment difficulties arising from health-related issues and life changes. You will work closely with clients who may be experiencing significant emotional distress, fostering a therapeutic environment characterized by empathy and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 65,000 and 95,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition to a flexible compensation structure, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
