Lead Officer – Clinton, CT Pay: $22-23 per hour Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift, All Days Requirements High School Diploma / GED Valid driver’s license with clean MVR Customer service experience Weekend availability 1 year+ security experience CT Guard Card Responsibilities The Lead Officer maintains a safe and secure environment by providing guidance to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. The role observes and reports activities and incidents, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. The Lead Officer preserves order, enforces regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and premises, and supports direct leadership of Security Officers.
