What You'll Do:

• Perform a variety of routine and specialized MRI procedures for patients of all ages, including inpatients, outpatients, and emergency department patients
• Verify physician orders and consult with radiologists as necessary
• Prepare patients for exams, explaining procedures and providing education
• Follow MRI safety standards and protocols
• Administer contrast media and perform all MRI studies based on age-related technical and positioning protocols
• Assist radiologists with MRI procedures as needed
• Evaluate image quality for accuracy and diagnostic value
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment, performing calibration, safety checks, and quality control
• Document procedures accurately and report equipment malfunctions to supervisors

What You Need:

• Required: ARRT Certification; previous MRI experience
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to follow strict safety and technical protocols
• Knowledge of MRI safety standards and operation of MRI equipment
