As a Security Officer Full Time Lobby Reception in Bothell, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will serve as a welcoming presence at a professional location, supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will help maintain a secure environment through attentive observation, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.85 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor the front desk area, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and authorization, and maintain visitor records in accordance with site policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating concerns to appropriate personnel. Receive and route calls, deliveries, and inquiries while maintaining awareness of security-related activities at the location. Minimum Requirements: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
