Inspection-Feed Associate

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt Overview MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The inspection/feed associate prepares and positions the product for the Scan Team. This position reports to the Scan or Big Box Scan Team Lead. Responsibilities Inspect inbound products for obvious defects Categorize each product as Like New, Open Box, or Damaged Test electronics at a basic level to assess general condition Move products to the conveyor for the scanners to process Perform other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break,hours determined by workload and GM Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time Must be tech-savvy Must be able to follow written directions and company policies Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent Benefits Healthcare after 60days of employment Weekly paychecks Employee credit each week to bid on our items after 60 days of employment 401(k) with employer match after 90 days of employment Employee Referral Program 5 days PTO after 90 days of employment MAC.BID is an equal-opportunity workplace.
