Customer Repairs Manager: Lean & Schedule-Driven Leader

Dover Corporation’s Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero in West Chester, OH is seeking a Customer Returns Manager to lead the repairs team, manage government contracts, and drive Lean improvements. The role requires a business management degree, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and strong ERP skills (IFS/PeopleSoft/Macola/SAP).
