EMR System: Epic Cupid Specialty Backup Available: Other interventional cardiologists present during coverage REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Balloon Angioplasties Coronary Angioplasty Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) Heart Catheterization Coronary Angiograms JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: Board Certified (Required) Licenses: Active KY License (Required) or Universal License (IMLC) with availability DEA: Active DEA Certification Certifications: ACLS (Required), Board Certified (Required), DEA (Required) Duties & Responsibilities
Perform interventional cardiology procedures including balloon angioplasties, coronary angioplasty, PCI, heart catheterization, and coronary angiograms. Respond to all cardiology calls for the hospital. Provide general cardiology consultations as needed. Read and interpret EKGs, ECHOs, and stress tests (including nuclear stress). Provide 24-hour on-call coverage for interventional cardiology.
