Empowering Transition-Age Youth Support Specialist

Seven Counties Services

Seven Counties Services in Louisville, Kentucky, is looking for a qualified individual to provide community support and direct care to individuals with disabilities. The role involves teaching daily living skills, coordinating community activities, and providing personal care. Candidates should have training in direct care, at least one year of experience in mental health settings, and strong interpersonal skills.
