• Schedule: Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexibility required for crossville location, must be approved by management)
• Shift: Day shift, 8 hours
• Hours per week: 40
• Employment Type: Temporary
• Licensure/Certifications: Active Tennessee Medical License, Active Tennessee DEA, Board-Certified Physician Assistant
• Experience: Women's health background including well-woman and prenatal care, contraceptive management

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $77.81

What You’ll Do:

• Provide antepartum care across all trimesters and well-woman exams
• Manage preventive gynecological care and contraceptive counseling
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, CNMs, and other healthcare team members for coordinated care
• Support high-risk obstetric cases in partnership with physicians
• Utilize EMR (Athena) and AI Scribe tools to document patient interactions
• Handle approximately 21-23 patients per shift in a fast-paced clinical setting

What You Need:

• Board-Certified Physician Assistant license in Tennessee
• Active TN Medical License and DEA registration
• Women’s health experience, including prenatal and well-woman care
• Knowledge of contraceptive management and high-risk OB protocols
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
