Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for oncology patients using the nursing process, aligned with the medical plan of care and patient input.
- Collaborate with physicians and the broader health care team to coordinate delivery of care for patients across ages, as assigned by the unit.
- Incorporate patient and family teaching, discharge planning, and transition needs into the overall plan of care.
- Delegate aspects of patient care to other nursing staff based on current clinical competence and legal scope of practice; monitor outcomes and adjust as needed.
- This position is represented by CNA and requires adherence to unit-specific policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Registered professional nurse (RN) with current licensure to practice in the United States (as applicable for the assignment location)
- Ability to work nights and a 12-hour shift schedule
- Competence in caring for patients across age groups as assigned on the unit
- Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment (8 weeks)
- Demonstrated clinical judgment and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary team
