Location: Belle Vernon, PA

Compensation: $16.00/hour to start

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire

Overtime: Mandatory OT; extended hours and occasional Saturdays may be required

A day in the role

At 6:00 AM, you complete a pre-shift inspection, confirm your area is clear, and begin moving materials with precision. You’ll stage pallets for outbound loads, shuttle product across designated zones, and work closely with teammates to keep everything on schedule. Throughout the shift, you’ll adhere to safety protocols, maintain tidy aisles, and communicate any equipment concerns immediately.

What you will do

Operate a forklift safely to move, load, unload, and stage materials.
Transport product throughout the facility and designated work areas.
Load and unload trucks while following proper safety procedures.
Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
Keep work areas organized and support general material-handling tasks.
Comply with all company safety policies and operating procedures.
Collaborate with the team to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
Assist with additional warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.

What you bring

Previous forklift operating experience required and ability to pass a forklift skills test during the interview.
Solid understanding of safe work practices.
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
Willingness to work mandatory overtime and occasional Saturdays.
Comfort working in an industrial/material -handling environment.
Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
