Shifts: 1st Shift: 6am - 2:30pm

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm

Pay: 1st Shift - $18 an hour

2nd Shift - $19 an hour

Production Line Worker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 02:30pm )

• Perform hands-on production tasks including handling raw materials, cutting, stuffing, weighing, labeling, boxing, and palletizing products
• Load, unload, and move materials/products across production lines and temperature-controlled areas using racks and carts
• Inspect products for quality and consistency, reporting any defects or equipment issues to maintain company standards
• Follow all food safety regulations (HACCP, USDA, FDA) and support sanitation processes to ensure a clean and compliant work environment

Production Line Worker Qualifications:

• Reliable and strong work ethic with basic communication skills
• Physical capability to stand for full shifts, lift/push heavy items (up to ~50–100 lbs), and work in cold or variable temperature environments
• Flexibility to work overtime and different shifts as needed in a fast-paced production setting

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
