Now Hiring: Experienced CNC Programmer / Stone Fabricator / Machine Operator Join the Zicana TeamZicana is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Stone Fabricator / Machine Operator to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience programming and operating CNC equipment used in the fabrication of natural and engineered stone.  QualificationsExperience programming and operating 5-axis bridge saws using AlphaCAM.Experience operating the CR ACTION MK2 using EasySTONE software.Experience programming and operating a Northwood SawJet using AlphaCAM.Proven experience fabricating and processing granite, marble, quartzite, quartz, porcelain, sintered stone, and other natural and engineered stone materials.Ability to read shop drawings, production tickets, CAD files, and fabrication specifications.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing exceptional quality.Ability to troubleshoot machining and programming issues.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate CNC machines and waterjet equipment safely and efficiently.Review drawings and determine the most efficient machining strategy for each project.Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to ensure precision and quality.Inspect completed components to verify dimensional accuracy and finish quality.Perform routine machine maintenance and daily equipment care.Collaborate with the production team to meet fabrication schedules and delivery deadlines.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (subject to change)What We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience.Full-time, year-round employment.Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art fabrication equipment.Professional, team-oriented work environment.Opportunities for long-term career growth and advancement.Work on some of the most prestigious residential and commercial stone projects in the region.About ZicanaAt Zicana, we don't simply fabricate stone-we craft extraordinary spaces through precision, innovation, and uncompromising quality.
