Job Description

• 5-7 yrs experience in J2EE with Spring MVC Good knowledge of REST API and JSON
• JBOSS EAP 6.X Strong experience in Big Data using hbase on hadoop
• Strong skills in designing mapreduce jobs to work on large amount of hbase data and importing in into hbase database
• Unix shell scripting skills to pre-process large amounts of unstructured data that will be processed and imported into hbase
• Designing REST based Get calls on hbase to retrieve data Hadoop Java programming background using Mapreduce, HBase, pig, hive, APIs, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
