Workday Project Coordinator

Contract Hybrid in RI $30-35/hr We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Project Support Coordinator to support a large-scale ERP implementation project. This role will assist project leadership with scheduling, coordination, documentation, and communication activities across the implementation lifecycle. Responsibilities Manage project calendars, milestones, and meeting schedules Coordinate project meetings, workshops, testing sessions, and stakeholder communications Prepare agendas, meeting notes, status reports, and project documentation Assist with presentations and reporting using PowerPoint and Excel Track action items, deadlines, and project updates Support logistics for virtual and onsite meetings Qualifications Experience supporting ERP, Workday, HRIS, or enterprise system projects preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Previous project coordination or PMO support experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Top Prospect Group
