Restoration Supervisor

Restoration Supervisor

When fire or water damage disrupts a home or business, our customers need someone who can take charge, explain what comes next, and get to work. Our crews need a leader who sets clear expectations, solves problems, and takes pride in doing the job right.

SERVPRO Team Mongan is looking for a Restoration Supervisor who is ready to lead a crew while working alongside them to help customers recover after a disaster. If you enjoy hands-on work, bringing out the best in others, and seeing the difference your work makes each day, we want to hear from you.

Your role will include leading assigned restoration jobs from start to finish—responding to service calls, organizing job site activities, performing production work, and supervising your crew. You'll keep customers informed, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure work meets SERVPRO processes and safety requirements. This is an active field leadership role for someone who can balance quality, efficiency, and customer care.

What you'll do includes leading your crew and delivering quality work by setting up an efficient job flow, communicating clear expectations to technicians, performing restoration services alongside your crew, resolving problems promptly, and completing jobs according to work orders and SERVPRO processes.

You'll also keep customers informed and supported by explaining the restoration process, listening to concerns, communicating updates, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Make safety a daily priority by identifying job site hazards, establishing appropriate control measures, communicating safety expectations, enforcing procedures to protect workers and occupants, ensuring equipment and materials are used properly, and protecting company assets.

Keep jobs organized and resources ready by maintaining complete, accurate job documentation, monitoring production costs, cleaning and maintaining company vehicles, equipment, warehouse spaces, and office areas.

What you bring includes strong verbal and written communication skills, a dependable, self-motivated approach, the ability to manage competing priorities, the ability to give clear direction, support teammates, and solve problems in challenging situations, basic math skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary.

Preferred qualifications include cleaning or restoration experience and IICRC certifications. Successful completion of a background check is required, subject to applicable law.

This position involves physically active work in a variety of restoration environments, including regularly lifting 50 pounds and lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for extended periods, as well as driving, sitting, and climbing, climbing ladders and working at ceiling heights, working in tight spaces, including crawl spaces beneath buildings, and working with and around cleaning chemicals.

Ready to lead a crew and make a difference? Bring your work ethic, communication skills, and commitment to quality to SERVPRO Team Mongan. Help us restore properties—and help customers take the next step toward getting their lives back to normal.
