Key Responsibilities Performance to Goals: Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics, including conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture. Leadership and Initiative: Display initiative, plan and prioritize, demonstrate strategic thinking, and champion change effectively; take pride in work, strive for excellence, and meet deadlines. People Development: Coach and train associates through role‑play, provide feedback, support quarterly goal‑setting, and assist the Store Manager with training and development. Communication and Relationship Building: Exercise strong written and verbal skills, adapt communication across levels, demonstrate ethical conduct, promote business goals, remain calm under pressure, and collaborate with the team. Compliance: Manage personal timecards for payroll accuracy, complete TUMI University training, and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Visual Merchandising / Client Experience: Ensure store follows visual guidelines, enforce excellent client services, use client books and thank‑you cards, execute event strategies, and maintain a consistent superior client experience. Qualifications Understanding and passion for the TUMI brand, lifestyle, and product assortment. Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback. Physical ability to move around the store, lift/push boxes up to 30 lbs, and use a ladder. Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market. Proven success in meeting sales goals and KPI metrics. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays as needed. Integrity and ability to lead by example. Strong time‑management skills.
