Salesforce Technical Architect

Role Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce DevOps to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce delivery and release management. The ideal candidate must have deep hands-on experience designing scalable Salesforce architecture, implementing CI/CD pipelines, managing multi-org environments, and driving DevOps best practices using tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub/GitLab, and Jenkins.

The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, QA, and release teams to ensure secure, automated, and high-quality Salesforce deployments.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years in Salesforce Architecture.
• 4+ years of Salesforce DevOps implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps/Jenkins and Git.
• Expertise in Salesforce DX and metadata deployment.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
