Responsibilities Owns and manages full life cycle process of recruitment, from selection of candidate through background and drug screening process set up Provides candidates with a seamless applicant process to include candidate care Manages job postings Screens resumes for viable active and passive candidates Identifies and builds ongoing and successful relationships with hiring managers and staffing agency vendors Collaborates with marketing to create social content surrounding employer brand on social networks Builds relationships with hiring mangers to develop a keen understanding of business priorities and to provide strategic insights as an expert resource in talent acquisition. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred 5+ years in a recruitment role FT In office-onsite position Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $68,000 - $80,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
